DMCA / Copyright
The games on Gameza are not stored on our servers. Each one streams in through the official GamePix publisher program, which supplies titles on behalf of the developers who made them. We take rights holders seriously: ask us to take a title down and we will — and because the stream comes from the provider, we push the request upstream as well, so it is dealt with at the source rather than just hidden here.
Sending a takedown notice
Write to hello@gameza.click with "Copyright removal request" as the subject, and make sure your email covers these five points:
1. Who you are — full name, your organisation if you have one, and an email address we can reply to.
2. The work concerned — for a game, its title and, if you know it, the developer or publisher behind it.
3. Where it appears here — the exact Gameza page URL.
4. A statement that you hold a good-faith belief that this use of the work has not been authorised by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
5. A statement that everything in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner of the work or authorised to act for the owner.
A notice with the title and the page URL up front can usually be actioned straight away. One that leaves either out means a round of follow-up questions first — and a slower removal.
After your notice arrives
Each notice gets read, and we aim to confirm receipt within two business days. Where a request checks out, the page is removed or disabled on Gameza, and we lodge a matching removal request with GamePix for feed-sourced listings. Our catalog is regenerated from that feed, so once a title is struck at the source it also vanishes from here in the next catalog update.
Removed by mistake? Counter-notification
If a page of yours came down and you believe that was an error — the classic case being that you are the developer and you did authorise distribution through the publisher program — write to hello@gameza.click with your name, the URL of the removed page, and your reasoning for restoring it. Valid counter-notifications get forwarded to whoever filed the original complaint, and where a complaint is withdrawn, or its filer takes no further action, the page goes back up.
Repeat problems
We never knowingly keep a title listed against its owner's wishes. Sources that keep surfacing in valid takedown requests are noted in our records, and we may refuse to carry that catalog again.
Developers: corrections and updates
Need a listing corrected, an embed refreshed, or a newer build of your game shown? The feed itself is controlled through the GamePix publisher program, so that is the fastest route. Anything about how your game shows up specifically on Gameza — email hello@gameza.click and we'll sort it out with you.
