Contact the Gameza team
Gameza is built for speed, and our inbox works the same way: one email address covers everything — game problems, developer requests, copyright and advertising. There is no phone line and no ticket queue; a real person reads every message that lands.
Email: hello@gameza.click
Most messages are answered within 2 business days. English gets the quickest reply; Indonesian is fine too.
Based in Surabaya, run entirely by email
Gameza is operated from Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. We do not run a walk-in office — everything is handled over email, which is also why email questions get proper answers instead of being squeezed in between phone calls. For anything formal, write to us as:

What to write about
A game won't start, or breaks while you play
Send four things: the game's name, the link to its page here, your device and browser, and what you see instead of the game — a black screen, a loading bar that never finishes, an error message. Reports that include all four are usually diagnosed the same day; reports without them start with us asking for them.
You developed one of these games
Every title here arrives through the GamePix publisher program. If yours needs updating, correcting or removing, email us the game's title plus a link to your GamePix listing so we can confirm it is yours. Verified developer requests are acted on promptly — and if you think a game deserves a spot in one of our collections, pitch it; those emails genuinely get read.
Copyright (DMCA)
Formal takedown requests go to the same inbox. Our DMCA page lists exactly what a valid notice needs to contain.
Privacy questions
There are no Gameza accounts and no sign-up data to ask about — but for anything concerning cookies, advertising or the data described in our privacy policy, ask away and we will explain or act as that policy sets out.
Advertising and partnerships
Put "Advertising" in the subject line so it reaches the right read-through on the first pass.
One thing we cannot fix for you: accounts, saves and purchases inside a third-party game belong to that game's developer. Not sure who that is? Email us anyway — we will point you to the right door.
